COLLECTING THE CORRECT DATA

It is very important to collect data which is going to tell you about the fitness aspects of your performance. It is essential, therefore, to gather data during, or in, the activity, while at the same time doing standardised tests outwith the activity. This helps the data to be relevant, accurate, and specific to you, so that you can discover your real strengths and weaknesses.
Using a simple and easy method to collect information allows the same test procedures to be used at a later date and also for regular monitoring of your performance to take place throughout your training.
The powerpoint below will take you through the method used to collect data.
